This agreement outlines the terms of service for SKYRISE, a web agency committed to transparency, ethical standards, and delivering high-quality services. By engaging with SKYRISE, the client fully agrees to these terms.
1. Service Quality and Delivery SKYRISE commits to delivering the requested service at the agreed-upon quality, based on initial agreements or expectations set by the client with provided examples. While SKYRISE aims to exceed expectations, delivering the agreed-upon quality will be considered satisfactory and requires full payment from the client.
2. Payment Terms All work requires a 50% down payment or a payment plan agreed upon by both parties. This down payment is non-refundable unless mutually agreed upon.
3. Ethical Standards and Service Restrictions SKYRISE does not provide services for businesses or affiliates in the following fields:
Interest-Based Banking
Alcohol and/or Pork Production and Sale
Gambling and Casinos
Weapons Manufacturing for Harmful Purposes
Pornography and Adult Entertainment
Exploitation of Vulnerable Groups
False Claims, Misleading, or Deceptive Practices
Obscene or Vulgar Content
Encouraging Excessive Consumption
LGBTQ+, Homosexualism or any non-Heterosexual content
Any Pro-Israel and/or Anti-Palestine content
These restrictions align with SKYRISE’s mission to avoid contributing to monetary, physical, or mental harm to individuals and mankind.
4. Confidentiality SKYRISE acknowledges that it may receive confidential information from the client. SKYRISE agrees to protect the confidentiality of all proprietary information, both disclosed before and after the signing of this agreement.
5. Client Approval and Responsibility Upon acceptance of the work, the client assumes responsibility for any further processes in which the work is used. SKYRISE is not liable for errors occurring after client acceptance, except in cases of proven negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Cancellation Policy Either party may terminate the service at any time if deemed unsatisfactory. The client is responsible for payment for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation. If cancellation occurs after substantial completion, a prorated payment is required based on the amount of work completed. SKYRISE retains ownership of all original work if the project is canceled.
7. Business Hours and Communication SKYRISE operates with flexible business hours across all time zones. Correspondence received outside business hours will be addressed the next business day. Urgent situations will be handled as needed. Meetings should be scheduled in advance.
8. Vacation and Holidays Clients will receive email notifications when SKYRISE is unavailable due to vacation or holidays.
9. Acceptance of Terms By engaging with SKYRISE, the client fully agrees to these terms.
